Suzanne + Ryan | 10.08.16 | Annapolis, MD Wedding

I have known Suzanne since elementary school, and I was so excited when she asked me to photograph her wedding! I had never met Ryan before I went to their wedding rehearsal, but when I saw the two of them together, I could instantly see that Ryan just ADORES Suzanne, and I knew right away that no matter what, their wedding day would be so special.

Well, it was! Let me tell you. It POURED kittens and puppies for hours that day, but literally right as we were going outside to take a few pre-ceremony pictures, it suddenly cleared up and turned into a perfect, cloudy fall day. 

Some favorite parts of their day for me was Oliver, the tuxedo-wearing pup who competed with the bride for attention all day, getting to ring the church bells after they said I do, their portraits on the river, and their first dance photos! Can I just tell you, I think first dance photos are the unsung heroes of wedding photography. WARNING: Suzanne and Ryan's are second to none. They had such a beautiful first dance!

Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Slabaugh! 

Thanks to all of the talented and dedicated people who made their day possible! Suzanne's family worked so hard for their wedding, getting their beautiful vineyard ready, as well as her aunt being her amazing wedding planner!
