Annapolis Waterfront Engagement Session | Sarah & James | Maryland Wedding Photographer | NYC Wedding Photographer

Sarah & James have such an amazing and difficult journey they are on. James lives in England and they only get to see each other a couple times a year, so spending an evening with them on one of their rare visits was a TREAT let me tell you. They are so much fun to be around, laughing always, sharing the most genuine sweet moments, and making each other smile.

We were supposed to do their session at Patapsco Valley State Park where they got engaged, but unfortunately it was closed because of the flooding in EC! So we had to go with a plan B, but I'd say it turned out pretty darn good!

Belmont Manor Wedding | NYC Wedding Photographer | Maryland Wedding Photographer

Jess and Adam got married on a cool spring day (remember those?!) at the Belmont Manor in Elkridge, MD. Jess had put so much love and care into the planning and everything was beautiful!

Belmont Manor is a GORGEOUS place to get married in any season. As you can see in the photos there are gorgeous trees with pink blooms, green lawns, and so many gorgeous little corners!

Enjoy this little peek into their day!

Chincoteague Island Engagement Session | Kate & Adam | Maryland Wedding Photographer | NYC Wedding Photographer

Kate and Adam invited me to their family beach house in Chincoteague Island, Virginia for their engagement session! It was special for a lot of reasons, but the biggest reason was that this is where they got engaged last December!

It's so cool to me to get to spend an extended amount of time with my couples in a place personal to them getting to know them! It makes the photo shoots more fun too! They gave me wine and ice cream, and a sunrise engagement session on the beach...sounds like a good weekend of work to me!

If you've ever been to Chincoteague Island, you know how gorgeous it is! And if you haven't, well, you're missing out! When Kate asked me if we could do their engagement photos at Sunrise on Chincoteague Island I just about died. I'm not sure if Adam was too happy with me when I asked them to stand in the water (I'll admit, it was cold), but I think you'll agree the results were worth it. You can see his reaction when the waves got a little too friendly below!

Old Town Alexandria Engagement Session | Amanda & Randy | Maryland Wedding Photographer | NYC Wedding Photographer

Amanda and Randy have spent SO MUCH of their relationship apart because of the military. So to catch them in a short time they had together for their engagement session was a treat!

I love the way they interact and care for each other and following them around Old Town Alexandria was so fun! I can't wait for their October wedding.
